2012 marks my 29th year as an independent management and organizational consultant. In this time I have been involved in a wide range of planned change interventions including the design and presentation of training to support these efforts. The primary focus of my work in recent years is organizational structure, work process and job design. My projects are designed to help organizations develop structures and work processes that deliver extraordinary value aligned to a clearly defined business strategy. Unlike most consultants, my work goes beyond technical process optimization by aligning jobs to processes through competency-based and team-based human resource performance management strategies.

Recent projects include utility process and job redesign, municipal restructuring and corporate HR systems redesigns for payroll, disability management, employee selection and year-end compensation. I began work facilitating quality circles in the automotive industry. Today my clients include business, government and nonprofit organizations. I have a Masters degree in organization development and am a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.

Experience alone is no assurance of results. My clients recognize the degree of personal integrity and professional competency that I bring to my work. I believe there is no better measure of this than the fact that over 95 percent of the clients that have engaged me have re-engaged me for additional projects.
